Meeting Nana and PopPop

Well...we left Denver early Tuesday morning, August 16th.

It was great to spend some time with Donna.

Not but two hours into the trip Jackson ended up like THIS...(above pic)

We had just gotten done with our stop to feed him, change his diaper and all that jazz..

We had barely driven onto the highway when I looked over at Jackson and could see some poop squeezing out of his diaper.  We promptly pulled over and took care of the mess.  We had no idea what we were in for.

The poop had actually seeped down underneath his car seat cover.  Gross!

I am thinking there wasn't even ANY in his diaper.

Needless to say, this onesie went in the trash along side the diaper that didn't seem to work.

Good thing Jackson thought it was a funny experience!

All that excitement sure did make him TIRED!

Really, we were all pretty tired today with the whole traveling thing.

Salt Lake couldn't come SOON ENOUGH!

We actually weren't suppose to get to Salt Lake until Wednesday and we kept it a secret that we were coming a day early.  We wanted to surprise Nana and that we DID!

She was so excited to meet her little grandson.

And by the looks of it, Jackson was pretty fond of Nana right off the bat.

He just cuddled right up to her.

We were soooo happy to be in Utah.

Even happier that we didn't have to get back in the car the next day.

We would be here in Utah for a whole week.

Tomorrow...we get to meet Andrew's sister's baby!
