We bought our home in April 2009. It's only 822 sq ft and we love every inch of it. It is so fun to work on and improve. We hope you enjoy the tour of our little home.

We spent much of the summer of 2010 gardening. We sure have enjoyed it. We've planted all kinds of flowers, bushes and even a tree.
This is the view as you enter our home. When we purchased the home the living room had dirty old carpet and the dining room was tile. We soon discovered the original wood floors were in great condition so we ripped out the tile and carpet and refinished them.
We also replaced the lighting. Every room had the same $10 Walmart special fan. There were two in the living/dining room. We got a great deal on new lighting we found on clearance at Home Depot. You've gotta love a good deal.
This is the second bedroom. Since we don't have kids yet (Don't worry we hope they come soon) we turned the second bedroom into a TV room/ theater. Margie really wanted a red room so we opted to make the room movie theater red.
In the bedroom we didn't do much other than paint, new lighting and a bit of good decorating. The room is small but quite cozy and we love it.
One of our favorite rooms in the house, the Kitchen. We put in the red curtains. Only $5 at Walmart. Another clearance special.
