After the picnic we went back to the house and RELAXED...
that night we took a trip to the airport to pick up Grammy Faye.
When Jackson was walking up to her, she thought it was J, (Kate's son) since that is what J looked like the last time she saw him. She could not believe it was her little baby Jackson WALKING up to her.
She was pleased to be here in Utah and ready for a great week!
Sunday we celebrated ML ONE YEAR OLD BIRTHDAY!
It is hard to believe that one year ago, ML was born.
This year really has gone very fast.
Jackson had a great time playing with the balloons.
Andrew also started doing WEIRD stuff with his facial hair.
He didn't tell anyone he was going to start shaving his beard...he came down looking like this and K said, "What is wrong with your face?"
It took me a minute to realize what she was talking about, and then I had the same reaction...

Monday some of us went to Gardner Village.
I really wanted to check out the fabric shop there to get some ideas for little Sammy's quilt.
I love that Fabric store.
But, man is it pricey!
Jackson got to try his very first sucker.
He loved it and got extremely sticky.
That night we went to Songwriter's Series out in Herriman.
The concert was good and Jackson loved it.
He also loved hanging out in the courtyard.
This was a fun thing, that when you stepped on it, it made music.
Jackson wasn't quite heavy enough to make it make sound, but he loved seeing us do it.
Tuesday we had a picnic in the mountains.
It was a great lunch and beautiful atmosphere.
The boys played some fun music for us.
The kids played.
J loved being in the outside.
That night we went down to Provo to do Zumba with Carson.
That night we also went to see the Hopkin family.
It was so nice to see them again.
While hanging out at the house, Jackson discovered this tricycle.
He absolutely loved it and would cry every time we took him off of it.
Any time we went out to the garage he would see it and go straight for it.
I guess we have to get one of these for him!
It was so fun to watch him on it.
Anytime we stopped, he would sway back and forth telling us, IT WAS TIME TO GO!!!
Gotta love my little adventurer.
On Wednesday we went to many different shops to try to find some shoes for Mike.
Jackson loved trying on hats at REI!
That afternoon we also went to see the ADVENGERS.
Wow! What an awesome MOVIE!
We loved every bit of it.
That night we went to Planet Play.
It is a really fun place that has FOOD...arcade games...LASER Tag and more.
We had such a fun evening.
Andrew actually found a Game Card that had 2 Hours of unlimited Attractions, a TON of tickets, and 30 some odd dollars of arcade games.
We went around and asked everyone there if they had lost a card, and everyone said NO, so it was ours to keep. SCORE!
Jackson lovin' him some pizza!
One of our favorite arcade games to play was DEAL or NO DEAL! We really got into cheering for one another. We made it feel like we were ON the actual GAME SHOW!
This was such a FUN evening.
I really enjoy going to Planet Play.
And plus, they have some AWESOME chocolate chip cookies to eat!
Thursday our day started at IKEA!
You would've never thought that by looking at this picture of Mom, huh?
Looks like we went to the beach...nope it was JUST IKEA!
Jackson had a blast pushing the cart around...one time he did get stuck underneath one.
Oops. Good thing he was A-OK!
We sure do love IKEA!
