(Update from May 13-17)
Sunday, May 13th started a three week family reunion with Andrew's family.
Mike and Cathy were coming into town for two weeks and Grammy Faye came in for two weeks...one of those weeks overlapped! Mike was leaving for Afghanistan at the end of the month, so we were very fortunate to be able to come and be with everyone for so long.
Andrew and I went to the airport to get Mike and Cathy....AND Mom, Dad, and the G Crew (they just got back from Disneyland!)
This was Mike and Cathy's FIRST time meeting Jackson!
He fell in love with them RIGHT away!
After we got everyone from the airport we all headed back to the house for some yummy hamburgers. It was a VERY full house!
We had something planned for everyday of the week.
Jackson just LOVED hanging out with Uncle Mike and Aunt Cathy.
He would just follow them around.
He couldn't get enough of them!
Monday was spent shopping for food for the week and just hanging out at the house. Everyone pretty much needed a day to relax!
Gotta love the saggin' pants!
Tuesday we all went down to Temple Square by way of TRAX.
Jackson loves going on the TRAIN!
He is becoming such a big boy...
We had a great time touring Temple Square and City Creek.
I LOVE City Creek!
I am so glad they built that downtown.
It definitely adds a lot!
On the way back to South Jordan...we were all PRETTY TIRED!
Wednesday we went to the POOL!
Jackson got to wear his NEW swimming gear...
and if I do say so myself...
HE LOOKS DANG CUTE IN IT!
He absolutely LOVES the water!
Thursday we went up to Bountiful for the Chalk Fest.
It was a rainy day, so a lot of them were covered up, and it was the first day of the fest, so a lot of them were not quite done yet.
But, they were pretty impressive.
That night we went to the Golf Course where Mom is taking Golf lessons.
There were so many little duck families everywhere.
Jackson loved seeing them!
All the guys had a great time at the driving range.
Jackson enjoyed watching them.
He also loved getting OUT of the stroller and hanging around the course!
Look at this boy!
Having a GREAT time with Aunt Cathy!
At the end of the night the big boys went over to the Putting Green.
Jackson wanted to be a PART of everything.
PopPop even golfed with him a FEW times.
Looks like we have a future golfer on our hands!
