Texas Independence Day Party

If you know Margie, you know that one of her favorite holidays is Texas Independence Day. She has celebrated this holiday in many different states -- TEXAS, Ohio, Utah, and now...IDAHO!

It is time for the Texas Party!
It was great with all of our Idaho friends.
Good thing they were good sports.
Otherwise we would have had to
kick them out!
This is the Texas Jeopardy board!
It was a great game!
We had Texas Trivia posted around the room.
It is never bad to know about Texas!
My cute niece and nephew loving the party.

This is how we kept the kids entertained.
But oh man was that room was pretty smelly at the end of the night.
THE CAKE!
Doesn't it look great!
The Rice Krispie Treats are shaped in Texas shapes.
Boots, longhorns, the Alamo.

Lone Star J-ello Jigglers!
Laura made an apple pie.
It was scrumptious.
She even made a cut-out of Texas for the middle.

Playing Jeopardy
Andrew singing to the little ones!
We loved having this party. It was so great to have all of our friends there. It was amazing food and great company! We can't wait until next year for the next Texas Independence Day party in Idaho! Thanks everyone for coming!
