We are heading home...

Sadly we began our journey home.

We stopped in Syracuse New York so Margie could say Hi to her friend Jen Jocz.

We also stopped by Niagara Falls. It may just be me but it wasn't has impressive as I had hoped.

We stayed the night in Dayton with the wonderful Krause family. She is the most amazing cook. She made us the best stuffed peppers ever!!

We drove through Indiana and Margie took us to her old stomping grounds. She was in Kindergarten at the time and only lived there a couple years.

To make Andrew's dad jealous we stopped and had lunch at White Castle. the greatest little hamburgers ever.

St. Louis, MO. We spent the night there with Margie's good friend Erin Jo and her husband Dallin.

Welcome to Colorado

We had lunch with lots of great family members: Aunt Mickey and Donna, Andy, Mandy and little Amelia. We went to Amici's. A must go to place while in Denver.

Margie got to see another friend, Carin from Lubbock who now lives in Denver.

While in Denver we were able to stop at the Institute building and catch up with Bishop Simmons. What a great man. So glad he is part of our life.

In the Rocky mountains we stopped and grabbed some Cherry Cider. MMMMMmmmmm!

Welcome to Idaho....Wait!! Sad, that means we're home and our trip is over....Well there's always next year and we can assure you we'll have many adventures before then so come back often to see what we're up to.

Pittstown, NY and the wonderous things found there...

Now for the moment we have all been waiting for....our time in NEW YORK with Andrew's Grammy!!!! It was great to be there. Not only to spend time with Grammy but to have Andrew show Margie all the places that he worked and where he would got to have fun and to see the farm house that they renovated. It was a great time.

One of our first days there we went for a drive to see all the sights that meant something to Andrew! This is where he spent his teenage years! One of the things we saw on our drive was this free stand of zucchinis. Margie of course had to grab one. We gave it to David when we got to Maine.

It is a dream of Margie's to see a MOOSE. So until that day we will just be moose ourselves.

Andrew took us out on Grammy's gator. He showed us his old property and then we went througha grass field and got grass seed all over us. It was quite hilarious!

Grammy treated us to a dinner at Red Lobster for Andrew's birthday.

We went over to Andrew's old house and we were able to take a tour inside. Margie was able to see all of Andrew's handy work! The Walker's did a deep renovation when they moved in.

We went to Andrew's 10 year school reunion and saw some of Andrew's old friends!

We celebrated Andrew's and Grammy's birthday by eating some wonderfully delicious Carvel Ice Cream Cake.

We were able to go visit the Seafood department that Andrew worked in. Pam was so excited to see Andrew. He was one of her favorite employees.

All over Bennington, Vermont are Moose. I loved every one. Here are some pictures of them!

We recycled bottles and cans for Grammy! We made like 2 whole dollars!

We went and visited the Hess's. They are great people who mean a lot to Andrew and his family!

We had some fun with the shadows.

When we got back from Maine we made some wild blueberry and cranberry pancakes for breakfast. We had them with Vermont maple syrup. It was amazing!

The blueberries turned Grammy's tongue blue.
